DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Receiving inquiries and complaints and communicating with customers and make sure that they help address each complaint accordingly. Troubleshoot and identify potention solutions to the problem or alert the superiors/senior engineer for further guidance. Assessing the factors of the various issues to prevent other users from experiencing similar issues. Maintain records and writing reports with details od the application's benefits and shortcomings for the short-term and long-term decision making to the application's system improvement. Work on scheduled shifts of 8 hours.
REQUIREMENT

A degree in business administration, information systems, computing studies, IT or any other related fields. Interpersonal skills and passionate in helping others/giving clear explanation Previous experience as an application support analyst or a similar role at least 1 year Understand IT management software Analytical thinking and quick in addressing system issues/human error
