DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

This role is required to support our clients on timely manner in terms of data uploading and updating to ensure data accuracy and to solve client’s issues relating to software systems. Upload and update data into Microsoft SQL Server and ensure data accuracy. Investigate and troubleshoot IT issues for clients and reply to clients on timely manner. Daily checking of the system job process to ensure it runs smoothly. Any other ad hoc task as assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Highly organized person with excellent problem solving and communication skills. Possess good customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Willing to work on weekends. Applicants are required to travel to client sites if needed.
