DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Coordinates and supervises with the Company’s IT Service Provider in the conduct of regular preventive and network infrastructure maintenance
Undertakes the installation and configuration of purchased software and hardware
Provides technical assistance, support and perform initial and minor repairs on office personnel’s hardware, software or network infrastructure
Implements contingency plans for the company’s IT related in accordance with the Business Continuity Plan
Monitors and update the Company Website, email and internet systems
Undertakes the procurement of required ICT services, such as internet, website hosting, email and telephones
Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any IT related course With at least 1 – 2 years related work experience
