DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Assist Production Manager to plan, implement and control the production schedule 2. Assist Production Manager to determine the human resources and material resources required 3. Manage human and material resources to meet production targets 4. Propose to Production Manager about equipment use, maintenance, modification, and procurement 5. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures 6. Work out and implement Standard Operating Procedures for production operations 7. Set and monitor product quality standards 8. Assist to implement cost control programs 9. Responsible as R&D (Research and Development) and coordinating with Technical Drawer and Office Manager 10. To perform other duties as assigned by Production Manager and Management
REQUIREMENT

Have background knowledge minimum Diploma in any discipline. Have a similar position minimum 3 years. Have experience at Furniture Company (PMA/ Foreign Investment) min 2 years. Active English/ High proficiency of English. Have knowledge and experience in production and FURNITURE manufacturing processes and techniques. Have knowledge of raw materials of woods. Have knowledge of quality systems and standards. Have knowledge of machines and tools. Have knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance. In-depth computer skills
