Conduct end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview, onboarding)
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
Plan & prepare an assessment, event for learning and development
Administrate employee database and company document
Monitor employee performance and make report to stakeholder
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

REQUIREMENT
Fresh Graduate/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Preferably have experience in Human Resource
Communicative and love to meet people regularly; bright and extraverted person
Experienced in managing event, maintain people relation, conduct assessment is a plus
Willing to WFO in Bandung
