DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As an IT Technical Support Staff , you will make sure that employees and stores can work properly using IT tools, working device, network, and another IT support units. Job Responsibility: 1. Prepare and set working device for all employee 2. Prepare and set CCTV and IT tools for stores 3. Handle problems and errors for IT tools from employee and stores 4. Regular maintaining IT store devices 5. Email reports to supervisor and another project units 6. Investigate, Diagnose, and Solve the IT hardware’s problem 7. Research new tech or devices which can improve user’s working ability 8. Remote user if there’s problems out of the office or stores 9. Replace damage or outdated devices when necessary
REQUIREMENT

Good communication skill Fast learning Up to date to IT trends and latest knowledge Good Teamwork Education S1 / Bachelor degree from Information Technology or Computer Engineering Major Work Experience Fresh graduate or having 1 year experience as IT Helpdesk/Technical Support/IT Admin Technical Skill Computer hardware, Installing software, Windows OS, MacOS, Basic Networking, Basic Programming, Troubleshooting CCTV, Printer, Scanner, and cabling.
