DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Carry out tasks assigned by Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager Ensure to perform tasks at high quality standard Ensure the use of the company’s assets efficiently, rightfully, and carefully Ensure the workshop processes and activities carried out in a safe manners and according to the local occupational health, safety and environment regulations Perform the roll or other equipment machining or welding including inspection Operate relevant machines and maintain it in reliable condition Perform other according to Quality, Safety, Environmental and other company’s’ management system, policies, practices and instructions Provide the solution for the daily issue Perform production planning and preparation of products within a workshop Prepare detailed manufacturing instructions, work description, plan the order of operations and the usage of materials Highlight/order parts and material internally and externally Perform the inspection and service report
REQUIREMENT

Technical Certificate or higher in Technical or Engineering fields (Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical etc.) At least 3 years experiences in operating the workshop machinery i.e. lathe, grinding, milling machine Physical strong and hands on work Familiarity with factory mechanical hand tools and measuring equipment Working independently to complete given tasks Communication in English language Good communication and learning skills Reading and understand mechanical drawing Computer literate and familiar with engineering software i.e. MS office, AutoCad, SolidWork , 3-D arm etc. Contribution and can-do attitude Heavy lifting experienced to operate the overhead crane, forklift, stackers, sling and hoist Welding experience Experienced as a PLC or CNC machine operator Analytical thinking to solve the problems
