DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assists Director in his daily works and planning
Provide general admin support , arrange meeting, order stationery, pantry supplies etc
Provide HR assistance, arrange interview, leave record, employees handbook etc
Handle petty cash
Apply and renew work permit and insurance
Manage / liaise with vendors or external parties whenever necessary
Responsible for the processing of any government claims and application
Coordinate with suppliers, customers for orders when require
Process invoices or quotation to customer when require
Any ad-hoc duties to assist the director
REQUIREMENT
GCE, Diploma, Degree or Equivalent
Min 2-3yrs working experience
Knowledgeable of MS office, Word and Excel
Good command of English and Mandarin
Independent, diligent, team player, reliable and hardworking
