DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop recruitment and selection programs that will assist the Hospital in meeting its goals and strategies with an experienced and flexible work force. Ensure development and implementation of sound and motivating Human Resources policies and practices, consistent with the Hospital’s goals and strategies. Ensure consistent and equitable administration of all Human Resources policies and procedures. Provide guidance and counseling for operating as well as senior management. Ensure effective Employee Relations by developing and implementing employee relations policies consistent with relevant labour legislation and hospital philosophy. Ensure the proper interpretation and translation of hospital plans and programs into manpower planning, determining manpower needs against availability and the appropriate development of policies for recruitment and retention. Ensure achievement of high employee morale by planning and undertaking employee communication activities and guiding management in employee relations. Monitor and report market practices with regards to terms and conditions of service. Initiates and directs surveys related to staff turnover, compensation and benefits, morale and other personal consideration, makes appropriate recommendations and implements and administer action plans. Ensure the accuracy of Payroll Processing and timely payout. Monitor and ensure the Staff, Wages, Benefits (SWB) Budget is met . Recommend intervention strategies to improve attrition rate and result of Employee Engagement Survey. Performs any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or requested by management from time to time. Assist in administrative duties as where and when required.
REQUIREMENT

Possess minimum Degree in related field Preferably with minimum 8 years as HR Generalist in similar capacity, experience in healthcare industry is added advantage Has good writing skill, possess effective verbal and listening skills; Proficient in mandarin is an added advantage A good Leader and result oriented. Systematic and organized, an independent and resourceful team player Possess the understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
