Reviewing and enhancing employment policies, practices and staff compensation / benefits to ensure the policies remain competitive for staff retention purposes;
Responsible for the administration of annual salary review process and bonus payments including annual staff performance appraisal processes;
Preparation of employment related documents such as employment contract, confirmation letters, extension of contracts, promotions, transfer, etc.
Managing entire recruitment process of staff for HQ and operating units including planning and directing recruitment activities from placement of advertisement, shortlisting candidates for interviews and working with the respective hiring Manager on the selection of suitable candidates;
Managing recruitment processes of foreign workers for operating units including yearly renewals and expatriations;
Dealing with the relevant government department such as KDN, JTK and Immigration or agencies with regards to all matters relating to foreign worker recruitment.
Employee Relation & Training Development
Manage staff training plans effectively for the benefits of professional development for all staff;
Inform Head of Department about training opportunities and organize appropriate within budget allotted;
Foreign Workers Management
Supervise and monitor Foreign workers quota application and recruitment process
Planning and dealing with FW agent on the FW matter until the arrival of FW into operation site.
Possess at least Diploma or Degree qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent;
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources working experience.
Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Experience working in Oil Palm plantation industry is an added advantage
Able to start immediately will be preferable.
