Sell the company's products or services to customers
Achieve sales targets and objectives
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure that the sales strategy is aligned with the company's overall goals
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the sales manager
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
Attend events
Identify new business opportunities
Communicate with potential and existing clients
Prepare quotes and proposals
Close sales
Meet with the Area Leader to discuss sales targets and strategies for the month
Research potential new clients and reach out to them via phone or email to set up meetings
Attend meetings with prospective clients to pitch ice cream products and negotiate deals
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and address any concerns
Attend team meetings to share updates and collaborate with colleagues
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Train new hires on the company's products and sales techniques
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Familiarity with CRM software
Willingness to travel as necessary
