DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Production Supervisor is a site management representative 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The position will ensure adequate communication is maintained between the plant's operating business units, contractors, customers, and outside regulatory agencies. This position also ensures adherence to policies and procedures including safety, environment sanitation, work quality standards, management, and production standards.
REQUIREMENT

Must be a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) License Holder Minimum of 2 years as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing plant Working knowledge of environmental regulations Working knowledge of principle of reliability Working knowledge of Food Safety, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and environmental regulations With specific knowledge in Mechanical Process and Design With special skills in Instrumentation and Process Control Must have skills in problem solving, flexibility, time management, team work and interpersonal
