DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
You will be required to perform and undertake all such duties and responsibilities relative to your appointment and to carry out any reasonable instructions or directions as may be conveyed to you.
Below are some but not limited to:
Set up/feed flexible materials, operate rotary and semi-automated precision machines in a clean and air-conditioned work environment;
Perform cutting of flexible materials according to Engineering Drawings and demands requirements;
Perform QC/secondary activities from setup to final production stage;
Fix issues that might occur during the work;
Execute process/machines tooling change-overs including adjustments and 1st piece article checking;
Produce all parts according to expectations in terms of units per hour, quality, cost and other performance KPI’s;
Provide accurate and precise information/reports regarding production time, occurrences, volumes, scrap, rejections, and abnormalities;
Execute secondary and final products inspections before final shipment to customers;
Packing Finished-goods parts;
Adhering to all the health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
