DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager of the PMO team, you will be spearheading the implementation projects from planning, including the design, specifications development, procurement to deploy the solutions with vendors for a new line of business of the group. You willl be part of the team that oversees the continuous operation of the hotel systems. You will be the go to internal consultant working closely with key stakeholders and vendors to provide solutioning and manage solution delivery based on business requirements, cost, and schedule.
REQUIREMENT

You are degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in IT operations of hotels or resorts with strong problem-solving capabilities. You will have background in managing and setting up hotel IT infrastructures, applications and services with pre-opening experience. You understand complex landscape, changing business needs, and process strong problem-solving capability in a holistic approach. An ideal candidate will have experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS), Simphony Cloud Point-Of-Sale (POS), HR and Time & Attendance Systems, Hotel Infrastructure Systems and Components etc. You are a team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
