DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Working together with management and personnel to deal with organizational and people Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives Develop and maintain company competencies dictionary and assessment model for all roles and levels in the organization Facilitate job evaluation process for all jobs in the organization Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction. Conduct competency validation, profiling and other needs assessment methods to identify and prioritize organizational needs and gaps.
REQUIREMENT

Master's degree in Psychology Industry and Organization or related fields (Freshgraduates are welcome) 1+ years of experience as an HR Organizational Development or related role Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategy and operations Excellent communication and collaboration skills
