DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Cover the daily administrative duties and the employee claims.
Participate the organizational meeting / team meeting, provide onsite supporting and preparations to make sure the meeting running smoothly
Record the meeting If necessary, collect the information, prepare the meeting minutes and meeting reports, send to the relevant person in charge
Provide the secretary support to the Lab/ Team Leader if necessary.
Help to organize the organizational level employee activities, provide onsite supporting, shooting videos/photography for the onsite activities and prepare the activity reports.
Organize filling system, preparing reports as well as presentation, maintain and update company database.
Update office policies as needed, experience in office management will be added advantage.
Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments and book meeting rooms as required.
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule in-house and external events
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in administrative experiences in MNC company.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
PC literate with knowledge in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
Pleasant composure, cheerful disposition, good phone etiquette and positive working attitude
Independent and has good initiative
Able to start work immediately
Singaporeans only.
Need to work closely with HQ team directly and Mandarin speaking or writing skills in creating various mandarin content report will be a plus.
