DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new customers Collaborate with other departments including technician, engineering, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic recommendations. Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend trade shows.
