DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Setting goals and targets for the SDR team and monitoring their progress towards meeting those goals. Developing and implementing strategies to effectively generate and qualify leads. Training and coaching SDRs on best practices for lead generation and qualification. Managing the day-to-day activities of the SDR team, including assigning tasks and setting priorities. Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process. Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the SDR team is aligned with the overall business goals and strategies. Providing regular performance feedback to SDRs and conducting performance reviews. Managing the budget for the SDR team and ensuring that resources are used effectively. Recruiting and hiring new SDRs as needed to meet the needs of the business. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales development and lead generation. Setting up and configuring marketing automation software and integrations with other systems. Designing and creating email campaigns, including creating templates, scheduling messages, and segmenting lists. Analyzing and interpreting data from marketing automation campaigns to identify trends and optimize performance. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals. Managing and maintaining the marketing automation database, including cleaning and enriching data.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in a related field: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred for this role. Experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role: This will help you understand the sales process and have the necessary skills to lead and develop a team of SDRs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: As a manager, you will need to effectively communicate with your team and other stakeholders, as well as develop and maintain relationships with potential customers. Leadership and management skills: You will be responsible for setting goals, providing direction and guidance to your team, and managing resources to achieve targets. Ability to analyze and interpret data: You will need to be able to analyze sales data and use it to identify trends and make informed decisions about how to optimize the sales process. Organizational and time management skills: You will be managing a team and working on multiple projects at once, so strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Experience with marketing automation software: You should have experience setting up and configuring marketing automation software and integrations with other systems. Proficiency with email marketing: You should be skilled in creating email campaigns, including designing templates, scheduling messages, and segmenting lists. Strong analytical skills: You will be responsible for analyzing data from marketing automation campaigns to identify trends and optimize performance, so strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Technical skills: You should be comfortable working with a variety of technology tools and systems, including CRM systems and marketing analytics software.
