DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Bookkeeping, monthly & annual closing for overhead; coordinating with external accounting firm. · Ensure adequate preparation and filing of periodical financial statements and reports. · Business-related tax declaration / communication with CPA. · Plan and execute required payments to ensure business continuity. · Make online bank payments and control bank balance. · Ensure office’s working capital is aligned with Headquarters’ records. · Assist with preparation and analysis of annual budgets. · Prepare annual budgets and weekly rolling forecasts. · Control budget usage and expenditure to ensure optimal business achievements while staying within targets and operating within Company guidelines. · Assist with office management, HR & administration duties to ensure smooth business operations. · Assist the Admin/HR Manager in local workers affair & recruitment. · Assist the Admin/HR Manager in identifying the training needs & prepare the training. · Multi function and perform other tasks as assigned by manager. (e.g. project-specific analysis, contract management, audit support.)
REQUIREMENT

· Familiarity with IFRS and local tax regulations. · Good project management skills and ability to manage complex assignments. · Strong knowledge in accounting processes, principles, and financial reporting. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. · Basic understanding of labor laws. · Strong attention to detail and keen to work with numbers. · Strong team spirit and can work independently. Preferred · H​ands-on knowledge in ERP and SAP systems. · Preferably experienced candidate specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. ​Education · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's and above Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business administration or equivalent. ​Work Experience · ​1-2 years’ experience in finance or accounting related field; Accounting firm experience a plus. · ​Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. ​Language Requirements · Capable of speaking the local official language. · Good command of Mandarin and the local dialect is preferable. · Proficient in English & Mandarin. · Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
