REQUIREMENT

· A Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent in O&G Management with at least 5 years extensive experience offshore oil & gas production facilities and field surveillance work would be required. Experience: · Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil &Gas and Petrochemical industry. · Experience as a lead with commercial/planning related understanding will be an added advantage. · Experience with production data management with PI and SIS (Avocet, OFM) software. · Knowledge of Saphir and PETEX (PROSPER, MBAL, GAP, PVT) software packages will be an added advantage. Skills: · Good interpersonal skills (ability to work and communicate with different departments e.g. subsurface, offshore, operations, MPM and JV partners), good trouble shooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong work planning and coordination skills with operations, wells and facility teams. Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical competencies, strong command in both written and spoken English and good presentation skills. Competencies · Knowledge and skill in Offshore Operations, Well Engineering, Sub-surface and Reservoir Engineering. · Knowledge and skill of managing technical specialized vendors. · Knowledge and skill of Oil and Gas Technology and its Processes. · Attention to detail, conscientious, cost and safety consciousness and action oriented. · Knowledge in MP OMS requirements and guidelines. · Knowledge in PPGUA requirements and guidelines. Key Accountabilities · Production Management & Planning · Operations · Reports & Regulatory Compliance · Data Management · Well Intervention and Integrity · Personnel Development · Health, Safety, Quality & Environment · Establish commissioning interface protocol for subsurface activities and well equipment, acceptance criteria and system handover mechanism by helping to develop the Commissioning Philosophy. · Key role interfacing and providing the business focus on behalf of the Production Operations within Mubadala Petroleum organization, i.e Maintenance/Subsurface/Wells Department teams. · Manage gas production planning and hydrocarbon accounting team for Mubadala Petroleum, including responsibility for the Short Term Production forecasting. · Focal person interfacing with external stakeholders and host governments representative. · To lead the Production Operations Team in optimizing daily production and well management activities. · To support the front line team in trouble shooting and will be in charge of interfacing with Internal support divisions and service contractors. · Duty Operation Rep. in the ERC Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Coordinating Data Management Electrical Rule Check Engineering
