DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Office 365 setup and administration Manage Microsoft Active Directory, inclusive of DNS and DHCP configurations Set up of Virtual servers using Hypervisor and VMware environment Basic network troubleshooting Basic firewall administration Provide support on Windows and Mac computers Provide support on mobile devices (Android, iOS) Provide support for Retail Shop POS System (following Retail operating hours) Below preferred but not essential: Cloud (AWS/Azure) experience Microsoft SQL Server knowledge Palo Alto firewall administration Pulse Secure SSL VPN Solution Kaspersky Security Center
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 1-year relevant experience Windows desktop operating system and Mac Operating System Knowledge in Windows Server implementation, administration and support Knowledge in VMware ESXi and vSphere Problem Solving, Willing to learn, Can-do attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills
