DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to install and configure hardware, operating systems and applications must to be maintenance IT asset inventory , ensure the connection is running well. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain IT assets hardware and networks Talk to user through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues Troubleshoot hardware and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware Provide support, including procedural and relevant reports DPS Work continuously on a task until completion Rapidly establish a good working relationship with user and other professionals This position is for local semarang resident, no relocated/housing allowance provided"
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2- 3 years working experience as It Staff/ Support bachelor’s degree University graduated Preferably in Technical Information Good interpersonal communication, Initiative and Motivated Assertive and tactful Highly motivated, result oriented individual fast learner, hardworking, teamwork and able to work under pressure English fluency Strong planning and organizational skills Good knowledge of IT Function How to know installation windows, office 365 , Antivirus Strong in IT network and servers
