Create and maintain audit reports for internal management Maintain documentation, monitor capacity usage Maintain Maintenance or Service Agreements, document terms and renewals. Good knowledge of Telecom design and Telecom security Reliably meet deliverable timelines, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently. Knowledgeable in building IVR Be familiar with corporate productivity tools, including the Microsoft SQL Ability to propose, discuss and evaluate potential solutions, workarounds and resolution. Awareness of the ITIL Service Management framework and related processes Excellent Interpersonal Skills Good verbal and written communication Willing to work on Hybrid Set-Up

REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Have experience with reviewing data Telecom architectures against corporate security standards, and then identifying required remediation tasks Have a good understanding of Telecom protocols and applications Entry level Telephony Audit Admin role –emphasis on the following skills: Familiar with phones systems (Avaya, Cisco). Experience circuit inventory. Organizational skills and time management/ prioritization. Data mining/ research experience. Experience Telecom Expense Management, carrier billing.
