Manage and maintain all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure. Provide support & recommendation in IT functional purchases (hardware, software, & networking) and involve all processes (vendor meeting, selection, implementation, training, etc) related to future IT support. Review IT functional purchases sourced by the relevant department, provide commentary and make recommendations for adoption. Involve and manage software/hardware training received by department staff to learn function/administration. Ensure the necessary supporting documents (list of procured IT equipment, layout, floorplans, proper labelling of equipment and location, etc for the IT record, if applicable) for IT functional purchase/service invoices are in place for payment processing. Review the technicality of each staff's hardware and/or software functionality and assets maintenance for operational capability. Analyze the company’s computer systems to determine if existing components meet the company’s needs. Inform management about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades. Manage the purchase of inventory (hardware, software, networking) at the company level. Maintain IT hardware maintenance contract for critical systems. Maintain networks, servers and assess security programs and install and manage systems. Manage IT Security aspects like Network Firewall, Server Backup, etc. Handle ACCPAC, BIOS, Servers, and CorpPass administrator access. Manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software. Maintain all software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance. Manage, maintain and update the company’s copiers, printers, and fax machines. Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations. Maintain/Review Company IT policies Maintain and update IT Disaster Recovery Plan. Provide IT Support for the company Provide support to maintain IT equipment in all show flats/galleries Provide support on Security systems (CCTV/ Intrusion Detection System) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
