DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee manufacturing activities and manage production process / packing / operation lines as well as assist the production team to complete orders and prepare reports. May involve activity such as plan, organize and recommend solutions in ensuring that the product is produced in accordance with all specifications and meet the target. Ensure production methods, equipment or workplace repairs and cleaning is compliance with standard operating procedures and practiced within standard personnel hygiene and hygiene production requirements. Work closely with other supervisors, operators, and leaders of all shifts to effectively utilized manpower, packaging and plant resources to meet day to day production plan requirements. Also to be competent in the machineries operated in the plant to be able to conduct basic troubleshooting and prevent long downtime. Follow up equipment’s breakdown with prompt alert for timely repair. Ensure all breakdown repairs downtime is promptly reported for immediate corrective or improvement action.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma graduate with cert in Engineering, Science or Food Science or related fields. Minimum 3 years working experience in food manufacturing environment with strong knowledge in GMP and HACCP control practices. Able to troubleshoot any equipment, instruments, machine breakdown/ faulty. Familiar with FMCG planning & operation. Good communication skills, able to work in a team, adhere to instructions, problem-solving skills. Able to lead the team to perform. Able to work in shift. Able to work extra hour/ public holiday/ weekend. Preferably with Slim Body. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve production and product quality problems with minimal supervision. Able to make simple decision making & discuss with superior for more complex issue.
