DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor production activities in sewing line for formalwear (suits, formal shirts, trousers, jackets). Check overall product quality and give advice if needed. Enforce health and safety regulations. Analyze problem in sewing lines and improve production methods, product quality, or efficiency. Manage manpower and materials to meet the production goals. Evaluate employee performance.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree or equivalent. At least 5 years of working in Garment Manufacturing, preferably has experience as Sewing Supervisor. Strong understanding of high quality garments especially for formalwear. Fluent in English is a plus. Willing to be placed in Bandung.
