DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work closely with production Manager / Executives to oversee day to day process improvement and production planning. Trouble shoot electrical & mechanical problem on production machineries and supplies Effectively supervise, coach, motivate and lead a team of production operators to achieve daily targets (output) Co-ordinate with various supporting groups to ensure production plan is supported meeting targets Ensure production process are adhere to HACCP, ISO, HALAL and GMP standard and compliance to safety and work procedure Prepare and submit production daily, weekly and monthly reports ( Includes HACCP and ISO documentation) Training for new employees Assist in inventory control and stock management
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh. Working knowledge and background in spray drying, SCADA System, PLC system, instrumental, pumps, electrical, mechanical, FSSC, HACCP, ISO and GMP is an added advantage Require to work on shifts Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, Power point Able to speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking vendors and clients Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
