DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Design and implement annual IT training calendar
Deliver and facilitate IT training for users
Responsible for the set-up of the learning environment and resources arrangement
Develop the e-learning platform and materials
Deliver IT training in physical and/or online (e.g. e-learning and webinar) settings
Develop new IT training materials to meet training needs
Oversee and update the training materials, and schedules to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
Monitoring the training process through feedback to analyse training effectiveness
To perform any IT-related duties assigned by the Manager
To deal with people both on a business level and IT level and act as the technical point of contact to resolve their application and systems issues that disrupt the service they depend upon
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Good communication skills
Good in public speaking
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually
Customers and end-users focused
Good team player to be a supportive member and work well with others
Based in Cheras
