DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
· Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
· Responsible for switch/firewall configuration policies and plans, network management system configuration and monitoring, as well as network security verification.
· Manage and configure company server, computers and laptops including troubleshoot, services and repairs.
· Manage IT inventory, asset tracking and security enhancement.
· Manage the company’s website.
· Manages and optimizes the IT budget.
· To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by Head of Department and/or the Senior Management.
