DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Planning, establishing, directing, approving, and deciding on sales, distribution and promotion strategies (monthly, semi-annually, annually) to optimize sales and product distribution. Analyze, assess and provide decisions related to sales operating costs at each branch office to ensure profits and reduce the risk of loss for the company. Analyze and approve lending to distribution channels, especially for wholesalers and MMI as well as planning and establishing a strategy for collecting claims receivables and trade receivables that are past due and working with the Finance HO team in the process of collecting customer receivables. Analyze, assess and provide decisions on the development of new sales distribution related to the addition of new distribution points in the form of office/depo/stockiest/partnership areas as well as expansion of product distribution areas. Plan and establish strategies based on market analysis and analysis of competitor activities (competitors and market intelligence) reported by the staff, both for the benefit of developing new products and products that have been launched to optimize product sales, market share and long-term profits. Plan and establish strategies, provide directions and negotiations to maintain and improve good relations with outlets and customers Conduct HR compliance governance and HR development in the sales management department Check and approve the work plan of each regional sales per year. Checking and approving the revision of the regional sales department's annual operating budget. Create and ensure sales promotion activities to increase sales in all distribution channels based on data analysis and market analysis.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the Tobacco or FMCG is required for this position. Actively working in Tobacco Company for min. 3 years Required Skill(s): Branch Operation, Sales Management, Territory Management Preferably Manager specialized in Tobacco Company Have a good knowledge on customer & culture Live in Medan or Pekanbaru.
