DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
-Work with company Manager and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
-Direct all hiring, recruitment activities and training procedures for new employees
Able to meet with company hiring target with high independent with given resources from company.
-Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
-Comfortable working in a highly visible role
-Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
-Honest, ethical, and dependable
-Positive, go-getter attitude
-Good stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
-Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
-Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
-A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
REQUIREMENT
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English -Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. -At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication -Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
