DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Minimum eight years experience in HR Operations or Generalist or similar role with a minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in a supervisory role with proven experience in leadership Having an experience in plantation, agriculture, tech start-up, or similar industry is preferable. Deep Knowledge of Indonesia labor law implementation Having network with regional manpower ministry, local government is preferable Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience in Human Resource Management System Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders, also able to work in a fast-paced organization Excellent decision-making and analytical skills Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills Good written and spoken English is a must
