DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Resolve operational issues according to system tickets with specified schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
Analyze root cause of operational breakdowns and provide solutions.
Handle escalated issues and follow up on unresolved issues promptly.
Develop preventive measures and document problem resolution procedures.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Evaluate and monitor all IT equipment and periodically check the stock of IT equipment including PC/NB.
Install standard application licenses and support the maintenance of network tools and systems.
Able to identify audit findings, criteria, root cause, impact and provide recommendations relating audit.
Manage IT monthly reports and review IT operational procedures on a periodic basis.
Contribute to business meetings and perform socialization of new IT systems or applications.
Develop support plans to prioritize problem resolution and support periodic IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan process.
REQUIREMENT
At least 4 years of experience and having knowledge in IT Operations or IT Infrastructure
Good integrity, independence, discipline, good in communication, positive attitude and willing to learn.
Can join ASAP.
Desired certifications ITIL or COBIT (is a plus).
Bachelor degree from reputable Universities, Major in IT with minimum GPA: 3.00
