Responsible for the strategic and effective management of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all positions in the company.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, experience in mass recruitment is an advantage. Minimum GPA of 3.00. Able to administered psychological test tools. Experienced in having Behavioral Event Interview. Have good analytical and conceptual thinking. Have good communication skill. Able to work under a demanding schedule and have a sense of urgency. Placement: JAKARTA.
