DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis Provide a high level of guidance, coaching, and feedback, and create learning and growth opportunities for individual team members to support professional development and strengthen skill sets. Support the learning and development of the sales team
REQUIREMENT

Maximum age 40 years, minimum Bachelor Degree Proven work experience as sales manager for around 5 years Be a brand ambassador to reflect company values and all available services - Broad knowledge of forwarding and logistics industry covering sea, air. land, warehouse and distribution Strong knowledge in setting up Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Have strong verbal and written communication skills, English is a must, Mandarin is plus point Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies Trustworthy and proven ability to successfully lead a sales team Have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Have result-focused attitude
