DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Having administration skills in Linux/Unix Operating System; Willing and love to learn new things, open minded, humble and have a good attitude; Have a problem solving spirit, able to think systematically and structurally, take ownership of reported issues and see issues through to resolution; Provide remote and on-site support for all clients and projects; Ensure proper recording and reporting of all issues; and Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients. Learn about delivery and job responsibilities Work thoroughly, carefully and responsibly. Communicate flexibly, firmly and systematically with the team. Perform systems support and database administration on the client premise. Carry out careful problem analysis and carry out escalation properly. Work outside working hours in shifts, whenever needed, with good incentives and rewards.
