DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk
Familiar with at least 3 of the following systems from any provider: directory service, mail server, endpoint management, network management, cloud-based productivity suite management, IT asset management, Omni/main-channel contact center
Well-versed in troubleshooting and problem solving
Data-driven and possess strong analytical skills
Good written and spoken English and experience of using it in a professional context
Have effective communication skills with people within and outside of the IT environment
Well-organized and pay attention to details
Highly motivated to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
Always on the lookout for improvement
Comfortable on frequent travel and onsite support across Indonesia
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree IT certification is a plus
