DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Group needs talented, highly motivated and experienced professional especially in marketing communication and sales.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum S1 degree, age 32-40 (degree in Architecture/ Real Estate/ Civil Engineering/ Communication would be advantage). Good in numbers processing, analytical and communication skills (English, Bahasa Indonesia). Candidates with current position as Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Managers are encourage to apply. Proficiency in other language would be advantage. Minimum 9 years relevant experience in Property Developer/ Consultant/ Real Estate Company especially in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and/ or Promotion. Has strong networking to communication agencies, consultants, graphic designer in Jakarta/ Greater Jakarta. Proficient in Ms. Excel, Power Point. Familiar with South Jakarta/ Pondok Indah, South Jakarta neighborhood.
