DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Onsite Telkom (Palu & Makassar)
Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits
Monitoring the Infrastructure Network system – Telkom One Network
Make corrections according to the direction of the technical leader & Service Delivery Manager
Work full time 8 x 5 (and also over time if there is a need)
Maintaining SLA performance in accordance with support commitments in Sisindokom maintenance contracts with end-customers (customers)
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding activities/work to the Service Manager
Making work reports on every CM/Corrective visit that is TD by PIC Customer
Coordinate with PIC Customers regarding activity plans or other information from the head office
Assist activities assigned by the head office (eg delivery of spare parts, management of report documents, etc.)
REQUIREMENT
Minimum D3 or currently studying S1 (Prefer) IP Network Concept / Routing Switching / Enterprise / SP : Any CCNA or CCNP Active (preferred) Good communication skills Willing to learn and committed to work Customer satisfaction oriented
