Work closely with the branches to meet sales goal
Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing and maintaining relationships up to respected branch within your assigned portfolio
Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your assigned branches.
Support the branch's management to Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and targets for each branch within your assigned territory.
Work in collaboration with Marketing Dept to create sales campaign and monitor sales funnel performance
Work in collaboration with Academic Dept to develop sales tools and product research to support sales process
Together with GM and other senior management Review franchise performance & productivity
Develop, deliver and monitor result of Sales training to the branch
Together with GM and other senior management develop, deliver and monitor the SOP for Sales in branches.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing
Has a 5 years experience in sales and a min of 3 years of it lead a number of sales teams.
Attitude of occupation value, with a can do attitude.
Worthy achievement in Education / Hospitality business will be advantage
Willing to have business traveling across east Indonesia
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skill
Good leadership with ability to motivate a team
Excellent in English i and IT Savvy is preferred.
