DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

·Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot Windows Server and application include VM and Windows AD. ·Security update, Server and network patch management ·Backup and System Recovery ·Project and Vendor Management ·IT documentation and process improvement ·Introduce latest technology to improve productivity and security ·Manage services and contract renewal ·Purchase function for IT products and services ·Technical support to end user and hardware maintenance ·Support IT operation located at different geographical area ·Support cloud services, network and firewall
REQUIREMENT

·Candidate must have working experience with Windows Server & AD ·Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree ·Preferably 5 years relevant working experience ·Dedicated and driven to excel with a positive attitude ·Team player, self-driven and sense of urgency ·Able to travel oversea when needed in short notice ·Able to work under pressure and work outside office hour for critical support ·Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and listening) ·Analytical and problem solving skill ·Ability to multi-task
