DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure that mall security and safety facilities are properly maintained and fully operational. Responsible to ensure that the activity of security contractor are appropriate to the agreement. Controls and coordinate daily security contractor work. Coordinate with government institution such as police department, army and other related department. Coordinate all matters for the security and safety assurance of tenants and visitors. Report to the Superior in case of lost, suspicious things, building damages. Coordinate with Engineering Department in the implementation and prevention of fire. Conduct daily inspection on the mall situation and cases that may require security monitoring.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical engineering, or any related field. Minimum experience 1 year in the same field. Good knowledge of Basic Security and Fire Inspection Procedures. Good knowledge of Security Operations and Procedures. Good Interpersonal Skills. Able to following complex instructions. Work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels. The confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
