DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the team to ensure that customers are provided with high-level professional cleaning and facility maintenance services. Responsible for supervising the team's operational processes and continuously improving the work effectiveness of team managers to improve operational efficiency. Establish and maintain good business partnerships with property management companies and commercial building tenants, and handle inquiries promptly and respond to complaints effectively.
REQUIREMENT

Secondary school level or above. Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in cleaning or sanitation services, including at least 3 years of managerial experience. Priority will be given to those who have worked in Grade A commercial buildings, government properties, shopping malls or any large-scale cleaning service projects. Have leadership skills, good at interpersonal communication and expression, and good teamwork and management skills. Responsible, proactive and flexible in adapting to situations and solving problems. Priority will be given to those who can work at any time.
