DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for the availability of System Infrastructure services both on-premises and Cloud System in TMT Responsible for controlling and monitoring of infrastructure services on all platforms (AWS, ALI , AZURE and On-Premise) Ensuring all servers that are the scope of MST are in good condition and ready to use Coordinate with related teams for reporting needs and SLA from System Infrastructure
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a System Infrastructure Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in system administration of Windows environments. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, ALI). Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and task simplification. -> Not Mandatory Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous
