DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieving sales target. Acquiring new clients, and retaining current clients. Generating and following up on leads. Building and maintaning a sales pipeline with a high conversation rate. Identify potential customers and set approach strategies. Develop strong and long-term client relationships. Attending sales meetings to provide progress updates. Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls. Resolving sales or delivery issues.
REQUIREMENT

Proven work experience as an Account Executive/Sales Solid knowledge about Digital Agency/Digital Product/Social Media BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Excellent communication and team management skills Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude Strong analytical and negotiation skills Be able to drive and has driving license Ability and willingness to travel
