DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Designing, implementing, and maintaining user computing management systems for software deployment and patching.
Implementing and maintaining security solutions, including patch management and antivirus, on all supported systems.
Creating and maintaining documentation related to configurations, processes, system changes, service records, and security configurations.
Managing end-user computing devices such as computers, mobile devices, printers, and conference room equipment, as well as related operating systems and software.
Assisting in monitoring the operation and performance of managed systems and troubleshooting and resolving problem areas as needed.
Assisting in providing training and written documentation for internal/external users, management, and relevant parties.
Assisting in researching technology products, service protocols, and relevant standards and keeping abreast of network industry developments.
Coordinating the work of support staff as needed to complete assigned tasks.
Maintaining server computing management systems and cloud computing systems.
