DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for sales achievement in DI Yogyakarta area by increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts Identify new sales opportunity within existing accounts to remind a client-account manager relationship by up selling and cross selling Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products. Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts. Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities. Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University Having 3-4 years working experience in Sales, with the last position as Area Sales Supervisor. Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products. Posses strong written and verbal communication in English Willing to travel. Excellent interpersonal skill, with ability to work independently or in a team. Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill.
