Identifying hardware and software solutions Troubleshooting technical issues Diagnosing and repairing faults Resolving network issues Installing and configuring hardware and software Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem Providing timely and accurate customer feedback Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Informatics Technique, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Understand LAN & WAN, OS Good analytical and problem solving skills Good interpersonal and customer care skills At least 2 years work experience Good medical record Excellent command in written and spoken English Self motivated and able to work in at team Employment type : full time
