DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
2. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring the President is well-prepared for engagements.
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office.
4. Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries of the Executive
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents by the Executive
7. Plan and coordinate special events, conferences, and meetings as directed by the executive.
8. Handle logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities associated with events
9. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
10. Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues to ensure the President's workflow remains efficient.
11. Special Projects assignments.
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree
Willing to do stay in set-up if needed.
With at least 2 years' work experience as an Administrative Assistant
With good strategic skills
Required Skill(s): written and oral communication, ability to organize activities and programs, total office management and administration.
Can do flexible work schedule.
Can be on-call if needed.
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to travel if needed
