Reception for New/Resigning staff (Registration of SingLand App, SingIn App, sending of new joiners guide, arrangement of introduction program etc)
In charge of office access card, staff name card, email address, extension no, lockers assignment, mobile phone matter
Supporting the Expense Management of staff (updating claim forms, announcing monthly schedule, summary report, submission of Flexi Benefit Claims to SIS-HR for payment process monthly)
Support for income tax calculation and submission
Checking of invoices to SHDA
DocuSign Signature Arrangements
Support for organizing company events and renovation if any
Updating Key Contact List
Handle Office Cleaning Matter
Book air tickets and visa for business trip
Handle office matters (general line, change lights, co chop, lost & found, shredder, digital newspaper, fire drill etc)
Sending Birthday Greeting via Workplace Portal monthly
Renewal of travel insurance policy
REQUIREMENT
Min A level with relevant experience in GA/Receptionist that has done invoicing before
Candidates with relevant experience from insurance background will be prioritized
